I really enjoyed the story. It harkens back to the early days of scifi writing where they kept the story simple and didn't feel the need to use 10,000 words to say that "living room was well appointed and luxious." I do wish that the book was better edited. There are places where the grammaticism fail....ie "the ships galley" versus "the ship's galley". There are other time where the spelling of a name changes for a few pages.Product details

I loved the story. An idea what would happen if Alfred got an Avitar body like Cora that would really make things interesting.
Well written and fast moving!
Every time I thought I knew how the story was going, there was a new twist. Can't wait for the sequel.

I've read both the Space Scout books and was very pleased with both. I anxiously await the final book in this series.
Wow! love the book really great story. like the way it was written. I liked the interaction of all the people in the story. I found the whole book very interesting and difficult to put down. I do hope we eventually meet people from other worlds and that they are friendly.Really looking forward to the next book in this series.
Hey, riding with these guys is almost as good as with James Tiberious Kirk those many years ago. The characters are well developed, personable and easy enough to like. I look forward to the third volume in this story as the author left a beautiful lead-uo (not quite a cliff-hanger). For relaxing reading, this is some of the best!
